• 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you experience issues, such as the server not working as expected, you may request a refund within the first 7 days of service. Refunds are issued at our discretion after verifying the claim.
• Late Payment: Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of service.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust prices. You will be notified in advance of any changes to your subscription cost.

5. Content and Conduct

• Prohibited Content: You may not host content that is unlawful, abusive, threatening, or violates intellectual property rights.
• Conduct: Users must respect other users and our staff. Harassment, discrimination, and abusive behavior will not be tolerated.

DeadlockHosting is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the current service period.
